STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

  • To increase the NSC resource mobilization targets to at least cover budgetary requirements, and to efficiently allocate resources based on identified needs.
  • To build the capacity of the commissions, NSC secretariat staff and the Sports bodies.
  • To develop and realign operational policies and guidelines for more efficient and accountable operations of the NSC.
  • To adopt and effective communication strategy with all stakeholders.
  • To continuously monitor and assess responses to challenges addressed at sport body and NSC level.
